When can I expect delivery of my order?

• We aim for our customers to receive "in stock" products within 2-5 working days, international customers may experience longer delivery times. If possible we will always provide package tracking information emailed direct to you on the day we dispatch your order.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

• We are happy to ship orders to any alternative delivery address, this is however subject to further fraud checks to protect both ourselves and customers from Internet fraud. Please ensure that the Billing Information matches the address shown on your bank account and that the delivery address is entered in the Shipping Information area of our checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept payments via Credit card, Debit card, PayPal Express Checkout, Google Checkout, Cheques, Bank Transfers, and Pay Offline via any Pay Zone Shop or Post Office.

Are card payments on your website secure?

• We use 128 bit SSL to ensure your card details are protected during the checkout process, together with 3D Secure Payment Technology we ensure that only genuine payments are accepted and data is secure. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout for customers who prefer those checkout options.

Do you accept American Express payment cards?

• Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept American Express payment cards on our website, please use any of our other accepted payment methods shown above.

ORDERS
I want to know the status of my order, how can I find out?

• At every stage of the order process we send you email updates and once the order has been shipped we send you the tracking details with the shipping companies website link for the tracking of your order. Customers can also login to the site to view the same order progress via our Customer Login area found at the top right of every page.

Can I have a VAT invoice for my order?

• We send a full VAT invoice with the first order confirmation email we send to you, simple follow the link found at the bottom of the email to download a PDF invoice which contains a full VAT breakdown.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
How long is the warranty for your products?

• At minimum the warranty on new products purchased from ourselves is 1 year return to base, some products have a 2 year warranty and it will be stated on the product page if that is the case.

I have a problem with my product, what do i do?

• Should you encounter any problem with your product, please contact the technical support number found in the user manual of your product if applicable. Providing the product was purchased from ourselves direct please contact our customer service on the contact details shown below.

The product is not suitable or I’m not happy with it, what can I do?

• We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase then please contact our customer service on the contact details shown below within 14 days of delivery and you can return the product for a refund under our terms & conditions.

What happens if my product is damaged on delivery?

• If you notice the damage before signing for the delivery please either refuse the delivery or sign for the item as damaged. Please then contact our customer service on the contact details shown below and we will arrange for the most appropriate course of action. PLEASE NOTE that you must report any damages within 2 working days of delivery so that we can raise a damaged on delivery case with the relevant delivery company.

PRODUCT SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
Where can I find the dimensions of the product I’m interested in?

• The dimensions of all products are included in the main product description. Simply click on the image of the product you are interested in until you see a number of product images, then scroll down the page until you get to the product specification table.

What are the recommended room temperatures for wine coolers?

• The recommended room temperature for wine coolers is around 20°C - 25 °C as anything above this could cause the wine cooler not to cool down as low as required. It is also important to ensure the wine cooler is not placed in cold areas as this could also have an adverse affect on the wine cooler. Most Wine Coolers are not warming devices unless the Wine Cooler has a heating element (please check the specification on our website). This means that Wine Coolers without heating elements will NOT warm up the inside of the Wine Cooler above the room temperature.

Is it possible to access radio stations on Freeview TV?

• Products that have Freeview TV tuners built in do have radio facility. This is normally located towards the end of the channel list from channel 700 onwards or can be accessed from the Electronic Program Guide.

Is it possible to watch Sky, Virgin or other satellite television broadcast on Freeview TV?

• While it is not possible to watch Sky or Virgin directly on Freeview TV, it is possible to connect a SKY, Virgin and any other set top box to most of our TV’s via the analogue coaxial antenna. Please consult your set top box instructions for full details on how to output a satellite single via coaxial antenna cable.

My product will not switch on with the remote control, what could it be?

• Check the product is getting power initially, then double check the mains supply is switched on and that the power cables are fully connected to the unit.
  
  If applicable ensure that the power switch is switched to the on position.
  
  As most of our products do not have an on button on the unit and are only controlled via the remote, please check the remote has the battery in.
  
  Check the plastic tab seal between the battery and the circuit has been removed. This plastic tab is standard on new remotes to prevent the battery from operating in the box during transit.
  
  Try new batteries in the remote control.
  
  If you have checked the above one final check is to see if the remote is sending a signal to the product. With a Digital Camera or Camera Phone, point the remote to the camera lens, through the view-finder when you press buttons on the remote you should see visible light. If you see a light this confirms the remote is working and the fault is with the product itself. If you do not see a light then the fault is possibly with the remote, so please contact our customer service on the contact details shown below.

I’m having trouble receiving Freeview TV on my television, what can I do to improve the signal?

• Before trying the following, please ensure that the unit is reset to UK defaults and channel list is cleared.
  
  Ensure that the aerial within the room is of the same signal quality as other aerial points that other Freeview TV’s are connected to in the house. Please note that signal boosters and extensions that are running from another room are notoriously poor for reception, direct masthead distribution (direct from the aerial) is the preferred method for multi-room Freeview. Please contact a qualified aerial fitter for details.
  
  Try moving the affected TV to another room or testing the aerial with another digital TV to rule out the aerial within the room.
  
  Check signal coverage on www.digitaluk.co.uk , tick “aerial installation trade” to view all transmitters and alternatives.
  
  For more detailed information of current signal quality/known problems visit www.ukfree.tv, enter your postcode onto the site to see the suggested position and aerial type, together with other useful information.
  
  *ADVANCED USERS ONLY. Extensive details of multiplex channel line up can be found at www.digitaluk.co.uk on the “aerial installation trade” screen. This is useful for manually tuning in units that are having trouble picking up selected groups of channels. Find the MUX name from the digitaluk site for the reception area, enter the MUX channel id for the missing channel(s) shown on digitaluk.

My Wine Cooler does not seem to be cooling or heating up the wine correctly, what could be wrong?

• Firstly, unless the Wine Cooler you have purchased has a heating element (please check the specification on our website), the cooler will always be around 2°C cooler than the room temperature. Please see the above FAQ regarding recommended room temperatures for Wine Coolers. We have a few common answers and procedures that help most of our customers resolve their problems, some of these may help you:
  
  Gently pull the door seal away from the door frame to ensure that it is fully expanded and provides an air tight seal, if the door is not fully sealed the cooler will not function correctly.
  
  Check the position of the door, the door hinges may need tightening up a little and the door re-positioning to ensure an air tight seal around the wine cooler door.
  
  If the Wine Cooler has been used for some time please vacuum the filters on the rear of the Wine Cooler and lower the grill at the front of the unit. If the cooler has inadequate air flow then the desired temperature will not be achieved.
  
  One final procedure is to reset the cooler:
  Turn the wine cooler off and remove from under the worktop.
  Place in an open space and open the door.
  Leave it switched off for at least 2 hours, preferably over night to acclimatise to room temperature.
  Plug it back in, close the door and make a note of the room temperature setting showing on the display, should you need to contact us please keep a record of this temperature as we will ask you for it.
  Set the temperature as required, once this temperature has been reached the fans/compressor will stop, the unit will over time report a rise in temperature by 2°C - 4°C and then the cooling system will switch back on again.
  
  *Please note that the cooler will perform better with wine within the cooler. Testing the cooler without wine will make the cooler have to cool a larger volume of air, meaning that the fans will be on most of the time.
