During the first 30 days after delivery BuyCleverStuff would directly support our customers to deal with any initial problems or setup issues you may have. Once the first 30 days has elapsed and for the duration of the warranty, which is at minimum 12 months, customers would deal directly with the manufacturer or appointed service centre.
At BuyCleverStuff we work closely with the brands we supply and we endeavour to ensure they give the best service to our customers, should you unfortunately find that you have a problem with your product then most of the products we supply have their own dedicated warranty support centre.
Below is a list of the support centre contact detail and where indicated the products that we support directly for the duration of the warranty, however if you find that the manufacturer or appointed service centre does not give you the best service please contact us directly for further assistance.
Should you unfortunately be disappointed with the repair or replacement that we or the manufacturer have offered, then within the first six months of purchase we will refund the full purchase price of the defective goods.
If, however your product is older than six months and still within manufacturer’s warranty and you are disappointed with the repair or replacement that we, or the manufacturer have offered, then the refund offered will be reduced to reflect product use.
